Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in the unused/unworn condition with the original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, custom orders are final sale and not returnable.
To process a return, simply email customercare@samijewels.com. Please provide the reason for the return and if you'd like to proceed with a return or exchange!
Fine Jewelry Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on fine jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
All fine jewelry returns and exchanges are closely inspected upon receipt. If an item shows any signs of wear, scratches, resizing, damage, or use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.
Our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver plated in a thick layer of 14k gold! They will not tarnish or turn your fingers green. Like all jewelry, proper care is recommended! We recommend removing before showering, swimming, applying lotions or perfumes to keep the pieces in tip top shape!
Our Fine Jewelry Collection is made of 14K solid gold and lab grown diamonds. They are designed to last and will not tarnish!
We want you to get your order as quickly as possible, so we start processing your order right away! For this reason, we may not be able to cancel/change an order. We urge you to contact customercare@samijewels.com IMMEDIATELY if you have any questions regarding changing or canceling your order.
We offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75! Otherwise, standard shipping is $4.99. Items ship out within 1 Business Day. Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Yes, international shipping typically takes about 3-7 days via UPS. This may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss.
Items usually arrive within 3-5 days of purchase for U.S orders. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.
