Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, custom orders are final sale and not returnable.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.
Our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver plated in a thick layer of 14k gold! They will not tarnish or turn your fingers green. Like all jewelry, proper care is recommended! We recommend removing before showering, swimming, applying lotions or perfumes to keep the pieces in tip top shape!

We offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75! Otherwise, standard shipping is $4.99. Items ship out within 1 Business Day. Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Yes, international shipping typically takes about 3-7 days via DHL. This may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss.
Items usually arrive within 3-5 days of purchase. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.
