Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All domestic orders qualify for free First Class Shipping. Items ship out within 1 Business Day. Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available.

How long does delivery take?

Items usually arrive within 3-5 days of purchase. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping typically takes about 3-7 days via DHL. This may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss. 

Can I ship multiple items to different addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.

Can I change my order?

We want you to get your order as quickly as possible, so we start processing your order right away! For this reason, we may not be able to cancel/change an order. We urge you to contact customercare@samijewels.com IMMEDIATELY if you have any questions regarding changing or canceling your order. 

Can I change the shipping address?

Product Care

How do you recommend I look after my jewelry?

Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry and keep it in optimal condition please follow the following care instructions:

  1. Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, etc.
  2. Leave your jewelry at home before going to the gym or lifting heavy items such as weights.
  3. Keep your jewelry away from chemicals including as perfume, hair spray, cosmetics and lotion.
  4. Take you jewelry off at bedtime.
  5. For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
  6. We recommend storing the jewelry in the small plastic bag that came with your piece

We recommend cleaning at home using a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub gold and stones. Please do not clean pearls with any chemicals, abrasives or solvents. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

To process a return, please email customercare@samijewels.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in the unused/unworn condition with the original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately special orders are not returnable.

What if I want a refund?

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.
