Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

All returns and exchanges are closely inspected upon receipt. If an item shows any signs of wear, scratches, resizing, damage, or use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Custom orders are made exclusively for you, so they are final sale and not eligible for a return/refund. 

There is an $8 return shipping & handling fee applied to all returns or exchanges.

If you have questions about a return please email customercare@samijewels.com.  

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return/exchange to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.
