Non-custom orders ship within 1 business day.

Standard U.S. shipping is via USPS. Orders $75 or more ship free via standard shipping. Standard shipping for non-custom U.S. orders under $75 is $4.99.

U.S. standard delivery typically takes about 2–5 business days after shipment.

UPS Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day options and rates appear at checkout based on your address.

International delivery typically takes about 4–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping service, and customs processing.

Available shipping methods and rates will appear at checkout. International orders are not eligible for free U.S. shipping.

We ship with UPS. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout so you shouldn’t pay the carrier at the door. Faster UPS options appear at checkout when they’re available for your country.

Custom pieces typically arrive within 4–6 weeks from ordering; timing may vary during holidays and other busy times.

Returns & exchanges

Please start your request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, in the original packaging, and free of signs of wear, scratches, damage, resizing, or alteration.

Returns are inspected on receipt. Items that show signs of wear, scratches, resizing, damage, or use may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

A flat $8 return shipping and handling fee applies to returns and exchanges.

Please allow up to 7 business days after warehouse receipt for inspection and processing, then 2–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post an approved refund to your original payment method.

For U.S. orders, use our U.S. returns portal. For international orders, email customercare@samijewels.com before sending anything back.

Custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
